At Aindri Couture, we want you to love every product you receive. If your order isn’t right for you, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.
1. Return & Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after 5 days from delivery may not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
- Visit the Return/Exchange option on our website.
- Submit your order details and select the reason for your request.
- Our team will review your request.
- Once approved, we will provide the necessary instructions for returning the product.
Please wait for approval before sending any product back.
3. Return & Exchange Charges
Return: A return fee of ₹49 will be applicable.
Exchange: Exchanges are free of charge.
The refund processing time is 3 working days. Team will process your refund under 3 working days.
4. Product Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product should:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Have the original packaging and tags intact, wherever applicable.
- Not have any stains, damage, washing marks, perfume/deodorant marks or signs of use.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery through our website's Return/Exchange option.
Our team will review the issue and, if approved, arrange the appropriate resolution.
6. Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned through the return method provided by our team.
The applicable ₹49 return fee will apply to standard returns.
7. Exchange
If you choose an exchange and your request is approved, no exchange fee will be charged.
Exchange availability may depend on the availability of the requested product/size.
8. Refunds
For an approved return, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
The refund will be processed to the applicable original payment method, subject to the order and payment conditions.
9. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
